6 weeks ago, me and my group members set up this company as part of our entrepreneurship project. Our main product is scarf and shawls. We also sell brooches and bandanas as an accompaniment to the scarf and shawls.
Throughout the 6 weeks, responses to our products were overwhelming as our target group is primarily hijab wearers. Though i'm not a hijab wearer, i would don one in the future and perhaps this could be a start for me.
We had constant return buyers that purchase our products and they would bring in new buyers for us. In return, we gave them our outmost service such as bringing in desired shawls into Nur Scarflet, delivering it to them, mail out the items if they want it to be mailed.
There were competitors in this line of product . However, we feel that we are selling at a much lower cost than the ones selling it too. This is because we want to make our product affordable to our potential customers.
I had fun doing this project as it taught me the basic aspects of setting up a business. It is definitely my first time doing it so everytime we have incoming sales, i get very excited. In other words, we feel appreciated that our company is known to them.
These are some of the products that Nur Scaflet is selling. And it is sold out! :)
